3. Filling W4

ETS helps determine the correct tax withholding from an employee’s wages. W-4 form is filled and submitted by an employee to indicate his or her tax situation (exemptions, status, etc.) to the employer. The W-4 form would let the employer deduct correct amount of tax at the time of running payroll. The amount withheld for a particular year depends on the details you furnish while filing form W4. You may want to review your withholding at the end of the year if you need to make additional tax payments or have too much of taxes withheld. A proper planning can help in correct amount of taxes to be withheld thereby avoiding lower or higher taxes to be withheld.

4. ITIN Application

We assist in applying ITIN for such people thereby helping them avail higher benefits. If an individual doesn’t qualify for SSN, IRS issues ITIN to such persons on having federal tax reporting or filing requirements. Examples of individuals who need ITIN include: A nonresident alien required to file a U.S. tax return. A U.S. resident alien (based on days present in the United States) filing a U.S. tax return.

To claim spouse and children, who cannot have an SSN, as dependant on your Tax return, tax payer needs to apply for ITIN (Individual Tax Identification Number) by filing form W-7. With an ITIN they can be claimed as dependants on tax return for dependant exemptions and Tax credits (for children).
